Job Description

The successful candidate have in-depth knowledge of holistic well-being and the various services and benefits of spa treatments and protocols.

  Responsibilities

·   Greet the guests as they arrive into the Ritual space

·   Provide assistance to thereception when required,

·   Recommend and upsell the spa programs, treatments and retail item

·   Take appointments when necessary for guests
in collaboration with spa reception team ·   Guide the guests through their journey & programs.

·    Offer precise information about
the services and programs available within the facility

·    Show guests to their desired
areas within the spa facility

·    Provide guests with professional assistance while in the Spa areas

·    Assist the therapists and holistic facilitators when requested

·    Maintain Brand Standards set under the SOPs

·    Offer pre-post beverages to guests when necessary

·    Assist in maintain the Spa facility organized at all times

Requirements

·   Minimum of 2 -3 years working
experience in Luxury Spa Hotels as Spa Guest Relations or Spa Butler

·   Is articulate and comfortable
speaking with and assisting guests

·   Has extensive knowledge in Spa treatment protocols

·  Speaks &writes English fluently.  Turkish and any other
foreign language a definite plus.

·   Possesses multi-tasking capabilities

·   Assist Guests within the Spa
during their treatment journey

·   Supports and collaborates with the Spa Receptionists to ensure
guests are being cared for Follows spa treatment timings and
therapist punctuality

·   Is computer literate and familiar with Spa soft ware, Micros, Fidelio or similar CRM / booking programs.

·   Is meticulous and a self starter, organized,

·   Exhibits a professional demeanor, polite and must be client
satisfaction oriented

·   Able to work in a team environment & supports colleagues
towards success

·   Must function well under pressure maintaining professionalism,
courtesy and poise at all time
