As part of our commitment to excellence, we are partnering with a European engine manufacturer to support their engine services organization in Turkey.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer located in Istanbul to join our team and support the organization of engine services for our esteemed European client.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding commercial vehicle engines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot engine-related issues, with a focus on both mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and adjustments on commercial vehicle engines as required.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal engine performance.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the European engine manufacturer to resolve complex technical issues and improve service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts usage, and customer interactions.
• Utilize MS Office and similar applications to document and report on service activities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Solid knowledge of commercial vehicle engines and their components.
• Mechanical and electrical experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and similar applications.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and work with discipline.
• Respectful and responsible attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
