About The Role

Do you love helping others by sharing your technical knowledge? In this position, we are looking for someone, who will work as a trusted expert for our globally based users. As an escalation point, you will be providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Here’s what you will be doing:

Provide consistently friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and timely support to our clients, striving to provide the correct solution the first time around
Ask insightful questions that get to the root cause of the customer’s problem
Generate solutions and best quality answers using your product knowledge, our knowledge bases and your creativity
Educate and inspire platform users to get the most out of our platform
Take repetitive, easy or simple questions for the same product each day as a stress reliever
Build relationships with clients through open and honest communication

Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Proficiency in English with strong written communication skills
Strong communication skills, and excellent written communication skills in English
2 years minimum proven track record of great customer service experience (bonus points for customer support experience in Tech industry)
Willingness to make a long-term commitment

OUR PROCESS

We’ll review your application along with all the others we receive and pick the top profiles for a screening call.
