???? Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and monitor vehicle transportation schedules
Assign routes and loads to drivers in the most efficient manner
Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams
Handle unexpected situations (delays, route changes, breakdowns) proactively
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and transportation data
Accurately reporting invoices and delivery notes to the accounting control department
Managing the delivery note processes related to non-customer invoicing received from the operations team
Develop optimization projects by ensuring the efficient use of resources.
Improve and enhance processes in order to increase efficiency


???? Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics or Relevant Fields
Min. 3 years Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication in English skills (both written and verbal)
A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/dispatch software
Willingness to travel without restrictions
Adaptation to flexible working hours
