Export Area Representative

Termal Seramik is one of the leading manufacturers of glazed porcelain floor and ceramic wall tiles for the construction industry.
We are looking for Export Area Representatives with the following qualifications to join our export team located at our headquarters in Istanbul. The position will report directly to the Vice President.

Job Description

• Build and maintain balanced export sales across all products
• Achieve company business targets and identify potential clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in export markets to enhance the company’s reputation
• Gather information about projects, prepare competitive proposals, and follow up on all processes
• Consult with clients and prospects to identify, deliver, and manage commercial deals that provide sustainable revenue
• Understand client needs and translate them into workable solutions
• Create new export markets for the company
• Follow up and take responsibility for all customer orders, including production planning, lead times, and necessary export documentation
• Prepare shipment and order status reports for clients
• Negotiate with shippers, agents, and vendors, and maintain strong customer service standards
• Manage all accounts and orders, including production planning, lead times, and export documentation processes

Qualifications

• University degree from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in export sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a professional approach, and the ability to quickly build credible working relationships internally and externally
• Strong influencing, communication, and negotiation skills
• Excellent command of English; German, French, or Arabic is a plus
• No travel restrictions
• Completion of military service for male candidates
• Age between 25–40
• Preferably living on the European side of Istanbul
