Export Operations Specialist

Termal Seramik is a leading manufacturer of glazed porcelain floor and ceramic wall tiles for the construction industry.
We are currently looking for an Export Operations Specialist to join our team at our headquarters located in Sefaköy, Istanbul.

Job Description

• Manage and follow up all confirmed export orders from production to final delivery (production, shipment, and delivery processes).
• Prepare and handle all export documentation and ensure timely submission to relevant parties.
• Coordinate and monitor all customs clearance processes, including preparation of required documents (e-invoice, commercial invoice, packing list, shipping instructions, bank documents, etc.).
• Track and manage all stages of export operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate shipment, logistics, and customs processes with relevant stakeholders.
• Execute export-related banking transactions, including letters of credit and other payment methods, in compliance with foreign exchange regulations.
• Prepare reports and track export receivables and collection status.
• Maintain effective communication with domestic and international customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export operations.
• Strong knowledge of export/import and customs regulations.
• Very good command of English (a second foreign language is a plus).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Valid driver’s license and active driving skills.
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul (Sefaköy, Bakırköy, or nearby areas).
• Experience in the ceramic industry is an asset.
