Description:
The role is responsible for improving financial visibility, cash discipline, and operational control across Rayal by managing cash flow tracking, treasury coordination, receivables and payables monitoring, financial reporting, banking relationships, financing activities, and selected administrative obligations.
The position is also responsible for supporting credit card payment systems, coordinating with banks, organizing loans and credit facilities, securing competitively priced financing, researching and following up on government incentives and subsidies relevant to the business, and monitoring administrative permits and licenses required for smooth operations.
Working closely with management, sales, logistics, accounting, banks, suppliers, and customers, the role supports reliable financial reporting, working capital visibility, funding planning, and proactive follow-up on cash, financing, and financial risk matters. The position combines hands-on financial tracking with management-level reporting, while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and a high level of follow-through.


Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow tracking across relevant bank accounts and business activities.
- Prepare rolling cash flow forecasts, liquidity projections, and short-term funding outlooks for management review.
- Monitor cash balances, available credit facilities, upcoming inflows, and key outflows including suppliers, salaries, taxes, loans, rent, and operating expenses.
- Track customer balances, receivable aging, expected collections, overdue exposure, payment commitments, and collection risks.
- Coordinate with Sales to prioritize overdue collections, manage customer credit exposure, and improve collection discipline.
- Track supplier balances, invoice status, payment schedules, payment priorities, and upcoming financial commitments.
- Coordinate payment planning with procurement, logistics, accounting, and management based on business criticality and cash availability.
- Prepare regular management reports covering cash position, cash flow forecast, receivables, payables, working capital, FX exposure, loan exposure, and budget versus actual analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to improve management visibility and decision-making.
- Support scenario analysis, cash planning, working capital analysis, and financial insights for operational and commercial decisions.
- Manage day-to-day communication with banks and financial institutions, including documentation requests, facility follow-up, and operational banking matters.
- Support loan applications, renewals, financing documentation, bank compliance requirements, guarantee tracking, interest payment schedules, and credit facility monitoring.
- Assist management during bank negotiations, financing discussions, credit facility reviews, and liquidity planning activities.
- Maintain and improve finance-related data visibility in the 1C ERP system, including receivables, payables, treasury, cash flow, and reporting data.
- Coordinate with Accounting to improve data accuracy, reconciliation discipline, reporting consistency, and timely financial information in 1C.
- Identify financial data gaps, system limitations, process weaknesses, and reporting inconsistencies, and support improvements to finance processes and ERP usage.
- Support the implementation of financial controls, approval workflows, payment discipline, and structured follow-up around commitments and liabilities.
- Maintain organized financial documentation, including bank records, financing files, trackers, contracts, invoices, and supporting documents for review and audit readiness.
- Maintain visibility over key administrative contracts and recurring obligations, including car rentals, office rent, insurance, utilities, subscriptions, and service providers.
- Track contract renewal dates, payment terms, expiry dates, notice periods, required documents, and opportunities to renegotiate or optimize recurring administrative costs.
- Research, track, and follow up on applicable government incentives, subsidies, grants, and support programs related to the company’s operations.
- Follow up on administrative permits, licenses, registrations, and related documentation required for smooth business operations.
- Proactively flag financial risks, cash shortages, overdue collections, payment bottlenecks, banking issues, and process gaps to management in a timely manner.


Skills & Requirements:
- Strong financial reporting, treasury, cash flow management, and analytical capabilities.
- Good understanding of receivables, payables, working capital, bank facilities, financing processes, and financial controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ability to build structured trackers, reports, dashboards, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Comfortable working with ERP systems and improving data accuracy and reporting discipline.
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional handling of sensitive financial information.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, payments, collections, and reporting routines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify risks early and recommend practical actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with management, banks, customers, suppliers, accounting, sales, logistics, and operations teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Fluency in Turkish and English; Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience in finance, treasury, FP&A, controlling, accounting operations, or a related finance role.
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, trading, distribution, or industrial sectors is preferred.
- Experience managing banking relationships, cash flow forecasting, AR/AP tracking, or working capital reporting is preferred.
- Familiarity with the Turkish banking and financing environment is an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably 1C or similar systems, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
