Key Responsibilities

Record and control supplier and customer invoices in the ERP (Navision) system.
Verify correct GL/account allocations and tax treatment, including withholding.
Process, verify, and post employee expense claims; reconcile related accounts and reports.
Support month-end and year-end closing (accruals, reconciliations, depreciation, provisions, payroll-related postings).
Support weekly payment and collection cycles; reconcile and follow up on company credit cards.
Perform vendor and customer reconciliations (monthly/quarterly as required) and resolve discrepancies.
Ensure accurate tax postings (VAT, withholding, stamp duty, corporate tax) and on-time compliance.
Collaborate with HR and other departments on employee deductions, allowances, and related accounting processes.
Support preparation of audit documentation for audits, inspections, and external advisors.
Contribute to ERP development, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives (automation, workflows, reporting).
Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to company policies.
Support the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports for management and headquarters.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
4–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics, services, or manufacturing.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Solid knowledge of Turkish accounting principles and tax regulations; IFRS/TFRS exposure is a plus.
Having initiated or completed the Certified Public Accountant (SMMM) qualification process is considered an advantage.
Hands-on ERP experience (Navision preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ownership of deadlines.
Curiosity for process improvement and digitalization; comfortable working with change.
