Role Overview



The Financial Controller will play a key role in Controlling and Reporting process. This includes budgeting, cost control, financial reporting, and cash flow forecasting. The role requires strong analytical skills, a structured approach to financial processes, and the ability to provide accurate and timely financial insights to support decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee and optimize accounting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to meet financial targets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures.
• Provide support to senior management in the preparation and execution of both short-term and long-term strategic plans.
• Conduct project-based profitability and income analysis, ensuring financial insights are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and manage cash flow planning processes across the organization, ensuring accurate inter-company cash flow tracking.
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly financial reports, including profit and loss, balance sheets, cost analysis, and other key metrics to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with legal declarations, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
• Oversee and update procurement guidelines, ensuring that all procurement activities adhere to company standards and procedures.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate financial records.




Profile & Qualifications





Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial controlling, preferably in a consulting or project-based environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budget tracking, and reporting tools (Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
Experience working with Logo Tiger.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including project managers and operational teams.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in English and / or German.
