· Undergraduate degree in International Trade, Economy or a relevant field of universities,
· Maximum 1 year experience
· Excellent knowledge of foreign trade regulation, Ability to manage , Import Operations,
· Knowledge on international conventions, payment and transportation methods, customs legislation,
· Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Applications,
· Able to work carefully and with attention to details
· Eager to learn and willing to build up a career in foreign trade,
· Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills in English
· Analytical Minded, a high degree of attention to detail, solution oriented, planning and Time Management skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Execution of import operations efficiently, quickly and systematically,
· Carry out customs clearance of materials in coordination with forwarders and customs broker.
· Managing the day-to-day export and import operations, documentation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
· Coordinate the entire shipment process from order registration to product delivery,
· Follow-up of the documents related to the import transactions, sending to the customs and transport company
· Manage foreign trade activities as requrested in coordination with custom offices/suppliers/logistics/operation teams and keep all related parties aware about the operation details, deadlines, etc.
· Ensure all activities are compliant with the national and international regulations,
· Position is based in Ankara
