FOREIGN TRADE MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Foreign Trade Manager to join our team, lead our international trade activities, strengthen our existing export operations, and identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement foreign trade and export strategies in line with the company's objectives.

Manage and further develop the existing international customer portfolio.

Identify and develop new countries, markets, customers, and business opportunities.

Conduct market, industry, and competitor analyses for target markets.

Manage international customer meetings, quotations, pricing, contracts, and commercial negotiations.

Oversee and coordinate the entire export process, from order management through shipment and delivery.

Coordinate export documentation, logistics, customs, and delivery processes in collaboration with the relevant departments.

Monitor international sales targets and develop action plans to achieve business objectives.

Represent the company at international customer visits, trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Monitor global market trends, industry developments, and potential business opportunities.

Prepare regular reports on foreign trade activities, international sales performance, and market developments for senior management.

Work closely with Sales, Production, Finance, and Logistics departments to ensure efficient and seamless foreign trade operations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in foreign trade and/or export operations.

C1–C2 level proficiency in English is mandatory.

Ability to use English fluently and professionally in both written and verbal business communication.

Proven ability to independently conduct business meetings, presentations, commercial correspondence, and negotiations in English with international customers and business partners.

Solid experience in export operations, foreign trade procedures, logistics, and customs processes.

Proven experience in international business development, new customer acquisition, and market expansion.

Experience in managing quotations, pricing, commercial terms, and negotiation processes.

No restrictions on international business travel.

Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Strong communication, presentation, representation, and negotiation skills.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

Results-driven and target-oriented approach.

Strong planning, organizational, and reporting skills.

Ability to manage teams and coordinate effectively across departments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience in the building materials, construction, decoration, or related industries is an advantage.

Experience across different international markets and/or an established international business network is an advantage.

Previous experience representing a company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits is preferred.
