Commissioned by Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent in honor of Hürrem Sultan and built by the legendary architect Mimar Sinan, theAyasofya Hürrem Sultan Hammam is one of the most distinguished examples of Ottoman bath culture. Today, it brings together a historical atmosphere with a modern approach to service.

In this unique establishment, we are looking for a Hamam Operations Manager to lead our team with the vision of providing a world-class experience to both local and international guests.

We are seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for all operational processes of the hammam, with a strong background in team management, service quality, hygiene standards, and customer satisfaction. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities, from managing daily operations to long-term strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure all hammam operations are carried out smoothly and at the highest quality standards

· Manage, train, and schedule all staff

· Develop practices and improvements to continuously enhance the guest experience

· Ensure implementation and supervision of cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards

· Conduct quality control of spa therapies, product use, and guest feedback

· Monitor inventory and oversee procurement and supply processes

· Track revenues and expenses, and provide regular weekly/monthly reports to management

· Propose campaigns and business development ideas in line with tourism seasons and special events



Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of managerial experience, preferably in hospitality, spa, or wellness sectors

· Strong command of English (a second foreign language is a plus)

· Strong communication and representation skills, with a high focus on guest satisfaction

· A team player with proven leadership skills

· Well-versed in hygiene, safety, and quality standards

· Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic work hours and high-paced environments

· Knowledgeable in tourism, spa, beauty, or hospitality industries
