General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience working with ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus
• Being able to speak fluent English
• For male candidates, having completed their military service


Job Description

- Following up requests and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner,
- IT inventory counting and control, consumable demand management and stock tracking,
- Desktop and laptop computers, mouse, keyboard, monitor, printer, scanner and camera, etc. install,
configure, test, maintain, monitor
- Providing hardware and software support to end users,
- To ensure the installation, update or removal of applications that need to be installed based on approved
requests,
- Providing remote support for end users when local support is not possible,

process,
- Ensuring that the processes (Cabling layout, internet, topology, UPS, electrical and cooling system,
determination of network equipment, etc.) are completed during the moving process.
- To define user authorizations for services within the organization,
- Managing the power plant system,
- To ensure uninterrupted service, security, backup and authorization of the ERP system,
- Development of workflows,
- To monitor network and server systems and report analyzes periodically,
- To keep records of all kinds of IT products in Protan companies and to update the debit records of the products
when necessary,
- Creating infrastructure projects for information systems and carrying out purchasing transactions by
negotiating with companies for relevant purchasing transactions,
- Ensuring continuity and monitoring of devices within the camera system,
