We are currently seeking a Life Guard for our local company, for which  providing Hospitality Industry.

You are responsible for overseeing the employees and daily operations of all Beach and Dock operations, ensuring it is clean, efficient, and welcoming for customers. You prioritize supporting your team and providing exceptional service to clients.

Pre-Opening Responsibilities: 

·Support in the recruitment process to ensure the selection of qualified Lifeguard aligned with The Company' SOPs and local culture.

·Adapt company'  SOPs to fit seamlessly into the local culture, ensuring smooth integration and compliance.

 Operational Responsibilities:

 ·Ensure complete stock of first aid supplies and life-saving equipment are checked every morning before the opening of outdoor areas..

· Equipment are controlled manually using the check list and recorded in the check list..

· Informs Security Manager about the event and persons in case violation of beach or pool rules persists and any accidents taking place in their area of responsibility.

· Maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and the team, defusing tense situations when necessary.

Executional Responsibilities:

.Checks swimming areas and piers continuously.

·Motivate the team to deliver exceptional Lifeguard operational standards and SOPs.

·Monitor sales and inventory to meet cost of sales targets and ensure profitability.

·It warns to children if they joke with one another in a dangerous way in the children's pool.

·Identifies sharp and damaging objects on the beach area, nails, splinters, rusted and mossy stairs on the sunbathing piers, writes a report and informs technical service and housekeeping departments

Informs Security Manager about the event and persons in case violation of beach or pool rules persists and any accidents taking place in their area of responsibility. 

·High customer satisfaction ratings, reflected in positive feedback and repeat business.

·Protection of materials and space / equipment.

·Taking precautions before accidents happen.
