At Ufuk Kontrol Araçları, we design and manufacture gauges, inspection fixtures, control fixtures, and special measurement systems for the Defense, Aerospace, Automotive, Home Appliance, and various other industries.

As our organization continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated team member who is eager to develop their technical competencies and build a career in the design of control fixtures, gauges, and special measurement systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or another related engineering discipline; or an associate degree from a relevant two-year vocational school program, such as Mechanical Design, Machinery, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related technical field.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers both verbally and in writing.

• Ability to understand, evaluate, and follow up on technical requests received from customers.

• Knowledge of SolidWorks and an interest in developing advanced design skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.

• Interest in quality processes, measurement methods, and manufacturing techniques.

• Ability to review and interpret measurement results and quality control reports.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-oriented approach.

• Team-oriented, eager to learn, responsible, and open to continuous development.

• Military service completed or no military service obligation for candidates subject to military service.

• Preferably residing on the Asian side of Istanbul, particularly along the Maltepe–Gebze E5 route, or in nearby locations with convenient access to the workplace.

Job Description

• Review customer drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to evaluate project requirements.

• Support the design and development of gauges, control fixtures, inspection fixtures, and special measurement systems.

• Participate in design, detailing, and revision activities using SolidWorks.

• Prepare and revise technical drawings and other design-related documentation.

• Review and evaluate measurement results, inspection records, and quality control reports.

• Prepare, maintain, and follow up on technical and quality documentation required by customers.

• Upload quality documents, reports, and other required records to customer portals and monitor the relevant approval processes.

• Communicate with domestic and international customers regarding technical matters.

• Analyze customer requirements and follow up on project-related activities, revisions, approvals, and documentation processes.

• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, quality, and project teams throughout the relevant stages of each project.
