We are looking for an organized and driven Personal Assistant to one of our company’s executive. You will be responsible for scheduling meetings and travel arrangements, ensuring our executive arrives at each appointment on time, organizing files, typing out letters and other communication, running errands, and performing other tasks in and out of the office as necessary.
Personal Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Plan and schedule meetings and events
- Make travel arrangements
- Take action points and write minutes during meetings
- Make copies, order lunch, and prepare rooms for meetings
- Manage and review the filing and office systems
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Manage internal projects, such as audits or reviews when necessary
Personal Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and common office equipment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication
- Tact and discretion when dealing with confidential information
