the team, you are the one we are looking for! We need an Enthusiastic Team Player who can seamlessly
manage development processes and maintain strong communication between our corporate clients and
production partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Product Development Process: Oversee the entire development cycle from initial design
concepts, fabric sourcing, and sampling to final approvals.
Agency Coordination: Act as the key contact point, managing smooth communication between corporate
clients, designers, and manufacturing partners.
Problem Solving: Bring creative, fast, and practical solutions to development and production challenges.
Deadline Management: Ensure all customer requests and development stages meet strict deadlines
without compromising on quality.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the textile industry (experience in an agency environment
is a big plus).
Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills to
manage international client relations.
Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of textile materials, tracking development charts, and sample
management.
Mindset: A highly motivated, enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills and a result-oriented
approach.
