QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
REAL ESTATE SALES AGENT

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating property portfolio for selling, finding potential investors for the properties, convince investor to invest in the property and to to manage one-to-one sales activities will all potential customers in accordance with company’s sales procedures

Responsibilities

• To attend conventions, seminars, and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets

• To Contact property owners or real estate projects’ sales departments and advertise company services in order to create property portfolio for selling.

• To Advertise and market created property portfolio to the potential customers.

• To close the deal with investor based on expectations of investor, availibility of right portfolio and the right payment plan

To do that;

• To compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its correct market price.

• To appraise property or to get appraisal report for the property.

• To develop content for the property such as pictures, videos, and all other supporting information.

• To prepare sales presentations to the current or potential customers.

• To promote sales of properties through certain ways of advertisements,

• To inform investors on market trends, prices, mortgages, legal requirements,etc.

• To investigate investor’s financial and credit status to determine eligibility for investing

• To take investors to the visit for the property, and inform the investor in detail about the property

• Prepare documents such as purchase contracts, and all other documentation regarding the investment

• To make sure that titledeeds are correct and clear so that investor does not face any problem in the future.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of real estate sales experience (preferably in luxury, prestigious, large and mixed use projects)

• Advanced / fluent writing and speaking skills both in English & Turkish is a must (Russian, Arabic and Persian knowledge is an advantage)

• Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Engineering or Business Administration)

• Effective use of MS Office programs

• Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems for the real estate sector is a first priority

• Self-motivated and having entrepeneurial motivation

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Responsiveness, Honesty and Integrity
