Nest Digital Nomad House – Part-Time Receptionist Wanted

Nest Digital Nomad House is a unique accommodation space located in Kadıköy on the Asian side of Istanbul, designed especially for digital nomads and travelers from around the world. We are currently looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team and help us provide a warm and professional experience for our guests.

---Requirements---

-Passionate about guest-oriented service (responding to messages and calls, assisting guest needs)

-Managing check-in and check-out processes

-Coordinating and supervising the cleaning team

-Monitoring and maintaining the order and cleanliness of common areas

-Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs, fast typing skills

-Strong problem-solving abilities

-Friendly, positive, and team-oriented personality

-Good level of English

-Young, dynamic, and able to adapt to a shift system

-Available for shifts: 09:00 – 18:00 and 17:00 – 02:00

---Responsibilities---

-Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out procedures

-Showing guests around the property

-Answering phone calls and directing them when necessary

-Responding to guest requests quickly and effectively

-Managing and updating reservations

-Keeping the reception area organized and presentable
