We are seeking Sales Engineer to support our sales and marketing processes in the tunneling and basement sector. The ideal candidate will be focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, have strong communication skills, and be eager to contribute to business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct promotional activities using existing communication channels,
• Manage and develop distribution channels,
• Work to ensure the highest level of service quality provided to customers,
• Measure customer satisfaction based on objective criteria and work on improvement initiatives,
• Participate in the preparation and execution of trade shows and similar events alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager,
• Contact associations, foundations, and media organizations when necessary for company promotion and inform the supervisor about upcoming events,
• Forward training requests from dealers and sales personnel to the supervisor,
• Support the supervisor in budgeting, planning, and executing all marketing and promotional activities,
• Provide any customer service that adds value to the products.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
• Preferably experienced in tunneling, mining, foundation or heavy industry sectors,
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes,
• Proficiency in English (additional language is a plus),
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Willingness to travel,
• Team player with strong communication skills.
