We are currently seeking a B2C Telesales Team Lead to join our team in Kadıköy, Istanbul. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team, hitting sales targets, and creating an energetic and high-performing work environment.


???? What You’ll Do?
Lead and support a telesales team focused on the Turkish market,
Achieve individual and team sales targets,
Oversee day-to-day sales operations and monitor performance,
Analyze sales metrics and identify improvement areas,
Coach and develop team members for continued growth,
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle,
Occasionally travel for training if needed.


???? What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience,
Proven track record in B2C telesales with solid performance results,
Previous experience in leading or mentoring sales teams,
Excellent command of both Turkish and English,
Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills,
Analytical mindset and ability to work with sales data,
Customer-first attitude,
Experience in training and onboarding sales professionals.

Familiarity with the education sector,
Background in online sales, B2C telesales, or edtech.
