Job Description

-Following up foreign trade and customs regulations
-Preparing international orders, giving the order and managing shipment process
-Following up all the procedures from order to delivery into Grup Isik’s warehouses.
-Preparing and following all import documents
-Conducting price research regarding suppliers
-Managing loading, shipment and stocking processes
-Checking documents sent from abroad and fulfilling insurances

-Weekly/Monthly reports for


-University degree
-Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in import transactions and operations
-Excellent writing & fluent speaking of English
-High knowledge in MS Office programs
-Candidates who have experience in auto spare parts industry before will be highly preferred.
-Responsible for import procedures&operations, well aware of custom regulations, and has commercial awareness (Ex: Opening letter of credits, making international payment plans in harmony with the company’s financial plans)
-Can adapt to intense and flexible work hours
-Takes responsibility of actions, keeps track of the orders, inquiries.
-Maintains good relationship with other colleagues, team worker, coordinator.
-Fast, dynamic, eager to learn, high tracking skills.
-Residency should be in Asian side of Istanbul.
-Non-smoker candidates will be preferred.
-No military obligation for male candidates.
