Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering

*Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably within e-commerce

*Strong interpersonal and communication skills

*Strong problem-solving abilities

*Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English

*Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

*Experience in field force management

*Proficient in MS Office applications

*Customer- and solution-oriented mindset

*Residing or willing to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

*Completed military service (for male applicants)

Job Description:

*Lead a team effectively while also contributing as a team player

*Manage e-commerce operations and develop sustainable improvement plans

*Implement corrective actions to resolve operational issues when necessary

*Generate practical solutions for daily operational challenges

*Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly KPI reports

*Create and maintain rolling monthly forecasts

*Motivate, guide, and inspire the field team to meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction

*Align field operations with strategic plans by prioritizing and coordinating team activities

*Contribute to process improvement initiatives

*Support transitions in IT systems

*Familiarity with ERP systems, especially SAP, is a plus
