We are looking for anNGO Project Managerto design, coordinate and implement programmes supporting women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

• Project development, grant writing and proposal preparation
• Managing trainings, events, mentoring programmes and partners
• Monitoring results, impact reporting and documentation
• Representing the organisation in meetings and ecosystem events

Ideal Profile

• 3–6 years experience inNGOs, civil society or development programmes
• Experience in women’s empowerment / gender equality projects (preferred)
• Strong coordination, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Good written communication (English desirable)
• Passion for social impact
